Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) gives RUSD network users the ability to access their email from any workstation that has an Internet connection, whether they are at home or work.

OWA is a very flexible and secure method to retrieve mail, enter contact information, and update you calendar.  OWA also gives RUSD network users the freedom and mobility to generate and answer emails from virtually any “Connected” machine.  Unlike the old OWA interface, the new RUSD OWA interface is streamlined with the look and feel of the normal desktop Outlook.

1. In order to access OWA, open Internet Explorer

2. Type in the following web address exactly as it appears below or click on the link: https://nismail.rusd.k12.ca.us

3. After the RUSD Outlook Web Access page opens up, in the username box type: your user name and in the password box type your confidential password.

The above Client and Security settings are set by default with no user manipulation necessary.
