Listed below you will find a variety of links that will show you staff development opportunities within the district as well as other resources from local colleges and universities that you may want to take advantage of.

MyPDC   (http://mypdc.rusd.k12.ca.us/pdexpress/) stands for My Professional Development Center and is a Web application that enables staff members to access the professional development records maintained in PDExpress™. MyPDC enables staff members to view and enroll for professional development courses and print professional development transcripts to track professional development hours. Click on the link below for instructions for staff on how to access their “MyPDC” accounts to view the course catalog, register for courses, view and print transcripts. MyPDC Instructions

District Trainings:

We will be working with our coaches, staff developers and site Instructional Technology Specialists to provide sit level trainings whenever possible.  We will also be providing online staff development on the topics below.  You will sign up for these courses in MyPDC and will receive an orientation email with login information and contact information for the staff developer who will be facilitating the  training within two days.  These are staff developer directed courses delivered in an asynchronous mode (meaning that you can login and complete the work when you are able, the staff developer will login daily to answer any questions etc).
