Welcome to the informational Web Page for the City of Riverside's Smart Riverside Program!

This website will give you information on how members of your community can obtain computers and internet access that are free, available at a low monthly financing fee, or available at a discounted price depending on the family's income level.  The City of Riverside and the Smart Riverside Program are working with RUSD to ensure that all of our students have access to the same electronic resources. See below for more information on each program.

RUSD/SmartRiverside Training Labs:

The city has donated three computer labs that are housed at Highland elementary, Victoria elementary and Grant Educational Center.  They are used by RUSD students during the day and for training families receiving a free computer and Wi-Fi at night.  Training sessions will occur once a month from September 2008 to June 2009 on Wednesday nights.  In order to complete the session and receive the free computer participants must attend 4 consecutive Wednesday Night classes from 6:00-8:00 PM.
