Welcome to The Instructional Technology Web Page!
The Instructional technology Department employs a "Hi-Tech, Hi-Touch" approach to provide training and support for the effective use of technology within the classroom and beyond. This web site contains our "Hi-Tech" resources which include self help documents, captivate video sessions and videos that are designed to provide you with the help you need to effectively use the many resources provided to help you teach and learn. On every page there is contact information for the person or persons directly responsible for that program. These people are our "High-Touch" resources, if you are unable to get the help you need from this web site please contact us so we can help you in person. Mission Statement: Teacher, Parent and Student access to instructional technology resources, training and support will be equitable across the district, not determined by the philosophy of the school they attend, the teacher they happen to have, the use of non adopted technology resources, the neighborhood they live in, the language they speak, the color of their skin or any learning challenges they may have. 2006-2011 Board & State Approved Technology Plan EOC Website for Student Support California Technology Assistance Program Region 10 (CTAP) California Department of Education State Educational Technology Services (SETS) California Learning Resource Network (CLRN) Technology Information Center for Administrative Leadership (TICAL) Technology Support Solutions (TechSets) National Technology Standards K-12
